Ryder Systems, a major North American logistics and supply chain provider, faced a time-consuming, error-prone process for handling thousands of fuel bills and invoices from more than 350 vendors in multiple unstructured formats. To accelerate payments, reduce errors and lower operational costs, Ryder engaged Datamatics to automate its end-to-end fuel bill processing.

Datamatics deployed its TruCap+ Intelligent Document Processing and TruBot RPA solutions to capture data from emails, PDFs and images, validate invoice details and post transactions to Ryder’s mainframe.
