Leading Hyper Mart Company, a large retail hypermart chain, faced fragmented, manual MIS processes that delayed timely, data-driven decisions — with data scattered across SAP, Excel and legacy systems, slow KPI measurement, and lost time on data collection and validation. They engaged Datamatics to address these issues, asking for an anytime/anywhere analytics capability and executive dashboards to support faster operational and strategic decisions.

Datamatics implemented a centralized, home-grown BI solution (nSights touch) with a smart API framework to integrate cloud, SAP and Excel data, deploying a hybrid in-memory analytics architecture and automated end-to-end reporting and dashboards. The solution cut data integration and provisioning effort by roughly 10–15 man-days, freed users to focus on analysis, enabled on-the-fly insights and week-part planning to boost traffic and sales, and delivered consistent KPI measurement across the business.
