Leading Non-Profit Organization engaged Datamatics to build a multilingual Knowledge Gateway to enable cross-collaborative networking and information sharing for women entrepreneurs across its 79-country footprint. The client faced challenges around extensive cross-database linking, proper indexing and cataloguing of large document sets, lack of prior feasibility models, and the need for precise, drill-down search across a wide variety of sources.
Datamatics delivered a Sitecore 7–based, mobility-first Customer Engagement Platform with adaptive/responsive design, Apache Solr integration, indexed content from eight partners, a digital asset repository, social media and authentication integration, and a streamlined information architecture. The solution improved mobile UX and searchability and drove measurable engagement: visits from 163 countries, 600+ registrations within one week, and roughly 1,000 unique visitors per day, substantially increasing global access and content discoverability.
