Leading Pet Wellness and Healthcare Provider, a U.S. integrated pet care company, needed a seamless, feature-rich mobile experience to give pet parents easy access to care, play, style and stay services, automate appointment bookings and stop manual, error-prone reporting. Datamatics was engaged to address an unintuitive legacy app, inefficient phone-based booking, slow manual reports and a lack of in-house technical expertise by delivering a modern consumer-facing solution.
Datamatics developed a secure cross‑platform mobile app (iOS and Android) with custom APIs, appointment booking and editing, preferred-center selection, pet history, memberships/packages and automated report generation. The Datamatics solution reduced load on service centers by enabling self-service bookings, eliminated Vetspire API costs through custom integrations, automated daily appointment reporting to improve staff efficiency, and lowered no-shows by allowing easier scheduling and cancellations—freeing up appointment slots for customers who needed them.
