To centralize and streamline cash management and reduce operational risk, Gate Gourmet engaged Datamatics.
Datamatics reengineered Gate Gourmet’s AP/AR using TruCap+ (Intelligent Document Processing) to structure incoming documents, TruBot (RPA) to route transactions to the correct GL accounts, iPM to automate approval workflows, and TruBI for real-time dashboards. The automated solution centralized processes, improved accuracy and data security, shortened approval cycles, enhanced cash management and supplier/customer satisfaction, and delivered a 30% improvement in overall efficiency, with additional reported metrics of 25.54% and $323,078 in measurable benefits.
