End-to-end Notification System helps enhance Trade Relations

Leading Non-Profit Organization, operating in 177 countries and advising developing nations on trade matters, needed a secure, location-independent notification system to help a Middle Eastern oil-exporting country meet WTO notification requirements and speed up time-sensitive communications. Datamatics was engaged to design an automated, web-based notification system using SharePoint 2010, ASP.Net MVC, SQL Server 2008 and SSRS as the core technologies.

Datamatics automated workflows, integrated SharePoint as the document repository, built forum-style feedback modules and provided onsite UAT support, resulting in location-independent access, real-time stakeholder interaction and stronger regulatory compliance. The Datamatics solution cut search time from several hours to 4 seconds and reduced the approval cycle from about one month to 9 days, while delivering an intuitive UI and significant reductions in time and effort.
