Datamatics delivered a white‑label, multi‑platform iOS/Android app (supporting English and Spanish) with online patient registration, appointment reminders/notifications and biometric patient authentication. The solution automated scheduling and registration, enabled paperless workflows, improved patient data quality and identification, increased staff productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced the patient experience while allowing the client to scale the service across two brands.
