Datamatics was engaged to solve these challenges and implemented a solution based on OpenText Documentum xCP case management to meet the client’s requirements for centralized tracking, reporting and varied approval hierarchies.

Datamatics developed the eOAF Order Approval Form System on Documentum xCP, delivering seven form types, configurable dynamic approval routing, real‑time dashboards, SAP and HRIS integrations, PDF conversion, email-based approvals and cycle-time reports. The Datamatics solution delivered enterprise-wide workflow automation with end-to-end visibility, a reported 90% increase in productivity, faster approvals and greater transparency and collaboration across the organization.
