Leading Indian Bank, one of India’s Big Four banks, needed to automate roughly 2 million manual remittance transactions per day to avoid errors, delays and penalties from failing to meet a 48‑hour processing window and to improve slow email query turnaround. Datamatics was engaged to address this high-volume, time‑sensitive remittance processing challenge using its RPA/AI capabilities.
Datamatics implemented an AI‑powered RPA solution using TruBot Neuro to read, interpret and tag incoming emails and TruBot to execute downstream tasks—fetching payment details, checking for missing documents, and issuing real‑time replies. The Datamatics solution automated ~2 million transactions daily (about 20% of total), achieved 100% accuracy, improved efficiency by 99.86%, and converted a 12‑hour manual process into real‑time remittance processing.
