Leading American Bank needed to unify mortgage processes and merge documents from six acquired banks into a single FileNet DMS. The bank faced digitizing about 1.8 million unstructured mortgage documents (35+ million pages) and automatically analyzing, indexing, and classifying them into 275 categories—work that would have taken months manually. They engaged Datamatics to accelerate the consolidation using its Intelligent Data Capture, RPA and AI products (TruCap+, TruBot and TruAI).
