Global Shipping Giant, a global transportation and shipping company present in over 160 countries and operating in 420 commercial ports, faced time-consuming manual workflows: shipping instructions were sent by multiple emails, balance-sheet reconciliations were done in spreadsheets, and document storage was decentralized.
