The Largest Structural Composites Producer, the largest producer of structural composites in the U.S., needed a better way to forecast year-end revenue and reduce manual spreadsheet analysis. Although they used Salesforce AI Forecasting and Revenue Intelligence, the company still lacked full-year visibility into performance and wanted a more reliable way to predict whether revenue goals would be met.
Datamatics implemented Agentforce and built a custom Salesforce-based forecasting solution using key business metrics, three years of monthly data, and Prompt Builder. The result was monthly Conservative, Realistic, and Stretch forecasts with clear explanations and visual indicators against the year-end target, giving the client full-year visibility, early warning signs when off track, and actionable insights months in advance.
