Datamatics was brought in to deliver a secure, cloud-based managed communication solution.

Datamatics implemented an AWS cloud-based healthcare communication application with scalable services including EKS, CloudFront, S3, RDS, SQS, and SNS, plus a “Hold to Talk” voice messaging feature and end-to-end encryption. The result was a 24/7 communication channel with real-time updates, 51.8K voice messages processed, and 99.6% high availability, significantly reducing staff burden and improving connectivity between patients, families, and hospital staff.
