Leading Sustainability Enabler, Europe’s leading sustainability enabler and B2B wholesale platform for new and used electronic devices, needed an end-to-end partner to implement a field service management solution on the ServiceNow platform. The customer wanted faster after-sales support, shorter dispatcher assignment times, better technician location traceability, and the ability for technicians to self-assign work orders.
Datamatics developed a customized Field Service Management app using ServiceNow and an Agent app with geolocation, technician status tracking, and task assignment features. As a result, Datamatics helped increase technician utilization from about 65% to 85%, improve customer satisfaction with faster request handling, and boost cost efficiency by up to 45%.
