Fund Administrator Services Company, a fund administration provider, was slowed by manual user management processes, disconnected systems, and no streamlined approval workflow for updating account and contact details in Salesforce. It needed a more secure and scalable way to let end users manage information without relying on separate UI forms or manual support.

Datamatics implemented custom REST APIs, a role-based approval process, and Salesforce Queues to control access and secure updates, while also integrating Salesforce with another Salesforce org as middleware for a frontend Angular app. This solution connected more than 300 individual orgs, reduced delays through automation, improved data security and compliance, and enabled end users to update their details autonomously.
