Datalogic's solution involved using the Memor X3 units running Paylogic's software to accurately scan tickets from both paper and phone screens in real-time. The robust devices improved ergonomics for staff and their support for 5GHz frequency minimized network disruption. This implementation allowed Paylogic to successfully scan over 4 million tickets at 450 events in 2014, ensuring a fast and smooth experience for visitors.
