DRIM, a family-owned toy store chain in Spain, faced the challenge of managing frequent price changes and labeling for its vast inventory, especially during the critical Christmas season. Their old process was slow and inefficient, requiring hours to update pricing. They needed a fast, reliable, and ergonomic automated labeling solution to improve efficiency. To address this, they worked with vendor Datalogic and adopted the Lynx PDA mobile computer.

The solution implemented by Datalogic involved using the Lynx PDA to scan products and connect wirelessly to printers and inventory systems for real-time label printing and stock management. The results were transformative: a5 minutes. This provided DRIM with complete accuracy and significant time
