A Datalogic Case Study

Preview of the Brødrene Dahl A/S (Norway) Case Study

Denmark's largest plumbing wholesaler implements a new automation system with the Memor™

Brødrene Dahl, Denmark's largest plumbing wholesaler, was using an obsolete handheld terminal system for its stores. The company needed to modernize its solution for accurate product registration. Partnering with vendor Datalogic, Brødrene Dahl chose to implement the Memor™ mobile computer to address this challenge.

Datalogic, through its partner Delfi, provided a solution using the Memor™ handheld device. This device streamlined three key in-store processes: goods receiving, customer checkout, and stock counts, all integrated with the company's Movex ERP system. The results included a highly user-friendly and reliable system that improved operational accuracy. The project was so successful that Brødrene Dahl decided to roll out a similar Datalogic solution for another 18 stores within its parent group.
