Case Study: Wildkamp improves service efficiency with Datalogic Memor

A Datalogic Case Study

Preview of the Wildkamp Case Study

Datalogic ADC’s Memor™ Mobile Computer Improves the Service Pipeline at Wildkamp

Wildkamp, a specialty retail company in the Netherlands, needed a faster way to handle stock control and customer picking across more than 40 branches and a distribution center with 50,000 articles. With many small items lacking barcodes and employees often needing to escort customers to find products, the process was time-consuming and manual. Datalogic, through its partner CaptureTech, provided the Memor™ mobile computer to help automate this part of the operation.

Using Datalogic’s Memor™ mobile computers and CaptureTech software, Wildkamp streamlined picking and checkout by scanning items and downloading the information to the register via a cradle. The solution was easy to use, fast, and reliable, and it nearly doubled time efficiency, freeing employees to spend more time helping customers. Wildkamp has already expanded to 120 devices and plans to use the system for other areas such as in-store stock inventory.
