Prologis was working to modernize its analytics and AI environment, moving from a traditional data warehouse setup to a cloud-based stack with Snowflake and Dataiku. The challenge was that model development and deployment were slow, siloed, and limited to a small group of data scientists, making it hard to scale AI across the business.

With Dataiku, Prologis centralized the AI lifecycle, enabled no-code and code-friendly model building, and integrated more smoothly with Snowflake. Dataiku helped Prologis accelerate deployment to more than 60 AI/ML projects in production, expand usage to 85 active users, and launch 10 generative AI products, including tools used by over 2,000 employees.
