Johnson & Johnson’s Vision team wanted to reimagine eye health and strengthen innovation across its global organization. To build digital skills and a culture of experimentation, Johnson & Johnson partnered with Dataiku and used the Dataiku platform to run a two-day generative AI and LLM training and hackathon for analytics and data science teams worldwide.
With Dataiku, Johnson & Johnson created a program that combined theory, hands-on workshops, and a hackathon to turn ideas into working prototypes for patient care, healthcare professionals, and vision operations. More than 80 analytics and data science professionals have adopted Dataiku, helping the team improve efficiency, transparency, collaboration, and standardization while rapidly prototyping new use cases.
