Coyote, the French leader in real-time road information with about 200 employees and 4.8 million users, needed to secure its subscriber base and boost loyalty by optimizing its loyalty program. To do this it had to segment its customer base, qualify incoming data, and quantify anonymous device use to encourage greater device engagement — a task it brought to Dataiku using Data Science Studio (DSS).
Dataiku used DSS to automatically ingest and clean heterogeneous, fully anonymized data (contractual, customer-declared, and real‑time device data) and applied machine‑learning models to score and segment users. The solution enabled highly accurate customer segmentation, improved data management, and more targeted marketing, delivering a measured +11% efficiency on outbound phone campaigns and better campaign adaptation thanks to the insights from Dataiku.
