Case Study: EyeOn achieves scalable AI-driven forecasting and improved data quality with Dataiku

A Dataiku Case Study

Preview of the EyeOn Case Study

How a leading management consulting company has shifted the way they do business to keep up with today’s increasingly competitive, and AI-driven world

EyeOn is a management consulting firm specializing in integrated business, supply, demand and financial planning for clients like Kraft Heinz and Philips. The firm’s 16‑person data science and solutions team struggled with poor data quality, few reliable data points, and many disparate sources that required heavy manual wrangling; they also faced tool sprawl, limited processing power, and data‑integrity and security hurdles. To modernize forecasting and planning and become more scalable and agile, EyeOn adopted the Dataiku platform.

Using Dataiku, EyeOn standardized project templates, documentation and governance, automated data quality checks, blended multiple sources, and developed reusable plugins and recipes. In one inventory project they consolidated nine datasets from 67 plants—more than 600 files—while Dataiku instantly surfaced misformatted files and sped ingestion. After a year with Dataiku, EyeOn reports faster onboarding, a modular library of building blocks, stronger data governance and significantly shortened time‑to‑delivery for customers.
