Parconomy, a German tech spin-off from EnBW, develops the Open Parking System to help municipalities, parking operators, and mobility providers digitize and bill parking services as part of Smart City concepts. After becoming an independent legal entity, Parconomy needed its own GDPR-compliant privacy setup, including support for its privacy policy, TOMs, RPAs, and data processing agreements, to protect customer trust and avoid data protection gaps.

Using DataGuard’s compliance platform and external data protection expertise, Parconomy completed a data privacy audit in just 10 days and efficiently implemented updated privacy documentation and technical and organizational measures.
