With minimal in-house knowledge of privacy and information security standards, the team risked failing client onboarding audits and needed a way to strengthen controls and train employees.

DataGuard’s Privacy & Information Security platform and expert guidance helped Behaviour Lab streamline policies, improve employee awareness, and put privacy and information security controls in place. As a result, the company shortened its client onboarding process, reduced even minor security incidents, and standardized compliance processes as it doubled headcount; it is now piloting SOC2 with DataGuard as well.
