Maxing Out Conversions Without Increasing Budget

Falabella, the South American retail and financial group behind Seguros Falabella, needed a better way to acquire SOAT auto insurance customers in Colombia. Because SOAT prices and benefits are government-regulated, the company’s main challenge was finding a way to reach the right audience and improve conversions without relying on price competition.

Datagran addressed this by running a controlled experiment using Bright Suite for Facebook and Instagram conversion campaigns, with Facebook Pixel tracking and the same creatives, targeting, run dates, and budgets as the control. Datagran’s Bright campaign delivered 442 conversions versus 47 for the control, reducing cost per conversion from US$33.62 to US$3.53 and generating 81% more conversions with the same budget.
