Case Study: DeWolfe Music streamlines accounts and royalty processing with Dataflow

A Dataflow Case Study

Preview of the DeWolfe Music Case Study

When DeWolfe Music looked to upgrade its financial accounts software, Dataflow came in at number 1

DeWolfe Music, the London-based music rights and production company behind thousands of titles and the Coronation Street theme tune, needed to replace its in-house, Windows-agnostic accounting system with something more flexible. After finding limitations in other packages and wanting software that could work cleanly with its existing royalty-processing tools, DeWolfe turned to Dataflow for a Windows-based financial accounts solution.

Dataflow was implemented across the eight businesses that make up DeWolfe Music and was easily customized and integrated with the company’s royalty software in less than three days. The system also linked bank reconciliation, job sheets, exchange rates and the music catalogue, while providing multi-currency support and tailored reporting. DeWolfe says Dataflow is the best-supported of its third-party packages, with responses typically within half an hour, and finds the software easy and enjoyable to use.
