adidas, one of the world’s top 100 brands selling adidas and Reebok products globally, needed more hands‑on control of hundreds of product feeds across dozens of countries to improve online campaign performance and reduce feed-related issues. To solve this they partnered with DataFeedWatch for feed management and optimization.

DataFeedWatch delivered a feed-management platform (including an “enhanced product type” field, rules to add missing values, custom labels, Analytics and Enterprise functionality) that let adidas centrally apply changes, map categories correctly, tweak bids, and remove unprofitable SKUs with a single click. The tool rolled out quickly (30‑minute online trainings), is used by PPC teams on five continents, reduced disapprovals, improved categorization and conversion rates, and enabled faster, ROI‑focused campaign optimizations across tens of thousands of products.
