Pneus Online, an online tire retailer active in 12 European countries and Canada, was overwhelmed by malicious scraper bots and periodic DDoS attacks that generated roughly half its traffic and required two team members to spend 1–2 hours daily monitoring logs. To stop automated scraping without blocking real customers, Pneus Online selected DataDome’s bot protection solution for its promise of ultra-accurate detection and low false positives.

DataDome was deployed and tested on Pneus Online’s actual traffic, delivering highly precise request-level decisions and automatic blocking of malicious actors. The result: more than half of total traffic eliminated (100% of scrapers blocked), optimized machine resource use, almost no manual intervention, and about 20 man-hours saved each week — all while preserving the human user experience thanks to an extremely low false-positive rate.
