Nordcloud integrated Datadog’s full‑stack monitoring with its managed services (Cloud Duty, Cloud Guard, Cloud Care/SDM, Cloud Control) and with tools like Splunk, ServiceNow, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Jira, Nagios and Slack, while launching the Nordcloud Insight customer portal for capacity and cost visibility. The result was simpler troubleshooting, better failure prediction, fewer SLA failures and clearer cost management (including a single Azure bill), delivering a more cohesive, turnkey cloud experience that accelerates customers’ cloud evolution and optimization.
