How RapDev was able to increase their exposure and accelerate revenue with the Datadog Marketplace

RapDev, a Boston-based technical consulting firm specializing in DevOps, cloud platforms, and ServiceNow, wanted to expand its integration and implementation services to reach new customers and unlock more revenue, including support for legacy OSs and internal IT. When Datadog launched the Datadog Marketplace, RapDev saw an opportunity to diversify offerings and grow its customer base.

RapDev joined the Datadog Partner Network and worked closely with Datadog’s product and engineering teams to build and publish integrations (including a Solaris Agent and a Microsoft 365 connector), benefiting from fast review and publication. Marketplace exposure plus Datadog sales and marketing support generated 30–40 trial leads per month, $30K–$50K in average monthly deal revenue, rapid 1–2 day app approvals, and multiple multi‑year enterprise contracts.
