Booksy optimizes global platform with Datadog RUM and Error Tracking

Booksy is a global, cloud-based appointment booking platform that connects beauty, wellness, and health professionals with millions of consumers across 20 countries. As the company scaled, fragmented monitoring tools created visibility gaps between frontend and backend systems, slowed incident resolution, and made it hard to track real user experience across Android, iOS, and web.

Booksy consolidated observability by expanding its Datadog deployment to include Real User Monitoring and Error Tracking, creating a single source of truth with 50+ custom RUM metrics and per-platform dashboards. The unified approach captured 100% of sessions with errors, eliminated a recurring iOS logout issue (from ~100/day to zero), and increased deployment frequency from once a week to 5–6 times per week, improving error detection, user experience, and team efficiency.
