Booksy consolidated observability by expanding its Datadog deployment to include Real User Monitoring and Error Tracking, creating a single source of truth with 50+ custom RUM metrics and per-platform dashboards. The unified approach captured 100% of sessions with errors, eliminated a recurring iOS logout issue (from ~100/day to zero), and increased deployment frequency from once a week to 5–6 times per week, improving error detection, user experience, and team efficiency.
