Facing weekly “high severity” outages, poor application performance, lost logs, and key‑person risks, teams spent more time firefighting than building features, and customer experience suffered.

By adopting Datadog’s Observability Platform (logs, APM, tracing) and instituting new workflows centered on team ownership and accountability, Go1 gained end-to-end visibility and proactive alerting.
