Leadspicker, a Czech startup that automates lead generation for sales reps, faced a challenge with its disorganized internal data. Each department used different software for reporting—Marketing used Google Data Studio, Sales used Pipedrive, and Operations used spreadsheets—creating communication silos and making it impossible to get accurate company-wide acquisition stats. They turned to vendor Dataddo to unify these sources.
Dataddo integrated Leadspicker's data from Pipedrive, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and CloudTalk. This data was then loaded into an MS SQL server and a Power BI dashboard, creating a single, automated, and constantly-updating source of truth. The solution provided by Dataddo saved the company significant time, improved internal communication, and ensured everyone had a shared understanding of KPIs and targets.
