DataCore’s SANsymphony was deployed as n|Frame’s facility-based SAN, enabling more than 25 clients, 70 physical servers and 250 virtual servers across 100+ TB of managed storage while preserving business continuity. The solution delivered zero-downtime hardware upgrades (100% of customer VMware, Windows, Linux and Solaris systems migrated with no customer downtime), hardware independence, thin provisioning to reduce acquisition costs, and synchronous/asynchronous replication so n|Frame can perform SAN maintenance without powering off applications.
