Specsavers, a leading provider of optometry, audiology and healthcare services, faced heavy reliance on Excel and significant skills gaps in Power BI and Databricks that left the central analytics team overwhelmed and delayed data-driven decisions. To decentralize analytics and build data literacy across roles, Specsavers partnered with DataCamp for Business to upskill employees in Power BI, PySpark, SQL and Python.

DataCamp delivered tailored learning paths, custom DataCamp Workspace projects, assessments, hackathons and hands‑on support from a Customer Success team.
