CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate, needed to build data literacy across 2,000+ employees in the UK & Ireland to drive efficiencies, improve client outcomes, and future-proof the business. To deliver a comprehensive, scalable and role-specific upskilling program, CBRE partnered with DataCamp for Business, leveraging Interactive Learning, Custom Tracks and Learning Reporting & Analytics.

DataCamp delivered personalized learning paths and four custom tracks across Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python and SQL, plus marketing, events and custom reporting to drive engagement and measure impact. The program reached over 2,000 learners, saved an average of 1–2 hours per learner per week, increased data confidence for 81% of employees, achieved 88% positive engagement and 70% content-fit, demonstrating clear productivity gains and cultural change at CBRE.
