How Allianz Upskilled 6,000+ Employees Across the Globe with DataCamp

Allianz Group, a global insurer and asset manager with 155,000 employees and operations in 70+ countries, needed a scalable, digital way to build data literacy across functions and enable employees to apply analytics in day-to-day decisions. To reach both technical and non-technical staff with a globally accessible, self-paced program, Allianz Group turned to DataCamp's training platform.

DataCamp partnered with Allianz Group to create personalized learning at scale — including over 20 custom learning paths, tailored capstone projects, and bespoke onboarding and marketing — covering Python, SQL, Power BI, spreadsheets and broader data literacy. The DataCamp program grew from a 100-person pilot to more than 6,000 learners (5,900% growth), delivered 30,000+ hands-on learning hours, earned a 4.2/5 average learner rating, and saved employees an average 1.9 hours per week using their new skills.
