Techcombank, Vietnam’s largest private bank, needed to overcome fragmented data silos, governance issues, and slow decision-making that were limiting innovation and customer-centric services. The bank turned to Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, including tools such as Delta Lake, MLflow, Databricks SQL, and Notebooks, to unify data and support more advanced analytics and AI use cases.

With Databricks, Techcombank built a centralized customer 360 capability called “Customer Brain,” plus lead allocation and merchant expansion tools that improved personalization and sales effectiveness. Databricks also helped the bank strengthen fraud prevention and credit risk management with machine learning models, enabling faster insights, better governance, and more scalable operations across its 15.3 million customers and 315 branches.
