Databricks helped Williams build Genie Spaces on top of Unity Catalog and large SQL models that unified data and business logic for natural language querying. The solution enabled 100+ employees to self-serve answers in seconds instead of days, including one request that previously took an analyst five days and was completed in seconds with validated accuracy. This improved turnaround time, democratized analytics, and strengthened a data-driven culture.
