A Databricks Case Study
CPEx needed a better way to deliver relevant ads in a crowded digital environment, as its existing targeting methods were outdated and inefficient. To solve this, CPEx used the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform to build an AI- and machine learning-based approach for real-time audience targeting and personalized ad experiences.
Working with Databricks partner DataSentics, CPEx implemented an Azure Databricks architecture using Delta Lake, MLflow, Databricks Repos, and Feature Store to process large, varied data sets and improve audience segmentation and content classification. The result was more precise, real-time targeting and more engaging ads, with the company reporting that its workflow was significantly streamlined and its handling of large data sets improved.
