JLL uses Databricks Training to supercharge their Databricks onboarding program

JLL, a global real estate leader, faced the challenge of modernizing its legacy data stack to better support real-time analytics, scalable data management, and innovation across JLL Technologies. To overcome slow and unreliable data ingestion and processing, JLL turned to Databricks and its platform, while also addressing change management through the Databricks Odyssey training program for its teams.

With Databricks, JLL moved critical workloads from legacy warehouses to a lakehouse environment, cutting ETL processing from hours to minutes and improving reliability. Databricks also powered the JLL Azara analytics platform, enabling real-time insights for commercial real estate and work order management, while training more than 100 employees helped accelerate adoption and unlock new data and AI capabilities.
