With Databricks, iFood now runs thousands of simulations per month and can test highly specific scenarios in minutes without affecting production systems. The rollout also expanded data access to more than 2,000 employees, while Tableau automated reporting for about 1,000 direct users; together, these tools helped iFood make faster, data-driven decisions that optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service.
