With Databricks, Fonterra implemented Unity Catalog, Genie, Databricks Assistant, Delta Lake, and Delta Sharing to simplify governance, improve data access, and support self-service analytics. The result was faster, more secure democratized data access, better engineering productivity, and a more scalable foundation for AI use cases across supply chain optimization, inventory management, and on-farm compliance, helping double time to value with speed, security, and access.
