Finda is a data-driven lending platform in Korea that offers more than 200 loan products from 66 banks and financial companies. As it grew, Finda struggled with a legacy data warehouse, fragmented analysis environments, rising storage and maintenance costs, and frequent outages that made it harder to support data spikes and manage lending operations efficiently. To address these issues and improve data governance, Finda turned to Databricks.

Using Databricks, Finda unified its distributed data analysis tools and environments into a more centralized lakehouse architecture, improving visibility into integrated data and personal information management. The solution helped Finda operate its infrastructure more efficiently, respond faster to operational issues, and reduce risk while supporting better decision-making for lending services.
