With the Databricks Platform, Miridih re-architected its data pipeline and enabled employees across departments to query, visualize, and use data independently through Databricks Notebooks and Genie AI. The results were significant: customer behavior data processing time dropped from over four hours to under one hour, more than 70% of employees adopted Databricks within five months, and the company now uses over 200 dashboards and 180 workflows while reducing the burden on data engineers.
