Xanadu Realty, a fast-growing real estate company in India with more than 700 employees, struggled with fragmented data and no central platform to unify customer information. This made it hard for remote sales teams to access insights and deliver consistent, high-quality customer interactions. To solve this, Xanadu partnered with Databricks and Exponentia.ai, using the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform as the foundation for its Xanadu Decision Engine (XDE) application.

Databricks helped Xanadu centralize data from multiple sites and customer touchpoints, improve data consistency with Delta Lake, reuse features more efficiently, and manage machine learning with MLflow. The solution also fed data directly into Power BI for better reporting and dashboards. As a result, Xanadu gained stronger analytics, improved lead scoring, better customer engagement, and clearer visibility into sales and marketing performance.
