I4 Strategies, a consulting and advisory group focused on compliance, risk assessment, security planning, and business intelligence, needed a scalable way to reduce fraud, waste, and abuse in certified payroll. They partnered with DataBrains to create the Time Integrity Program (TIP), which would let clients upload payroll data, manage it securely, and support payroll certification with alerts for missing or invalid information.

DataBrains built a web application to collect and map payroll and project data, integrate swipe/access control records, generate required labor forms, and route them through DocuSign for electronic signatures. DataBrains also delivered embedded Tableau dashboards for payroll, overtime, insurance, demographics, and administrative reporting, helping I4 Strategies compare payroll to actual swipes, spot irregularities, and improve compliance oversight.
