Strategic Accounting Outsource Solutions (SAOS) faced a significant challenge automating the manual data entry for its outsourced accounting clients, especially those using outdated, homegrown systems. This manual process, which involved reformatting and integrating data into templates for Sage Intacct, was extremely time-consuming.
