Southcoast Health System, a community-based nonprofit healthcare organization serving Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, wanted to streamline administrative functions and improve document management in its Patient Accounts department. After earlier microfilm and premise-based systems proved labor-intensive and costly, Southcoast chose DataBank IMX and its DataBank Online Services (DBOS) SaaS solution.
